Flush Optimizer pilot on a 20-litre packaging line
A two-phase pilot: configure the line's topology and products, establish a flush baseline from history, then use the recommendations live and measure the reduction.
Challenge
A lubricant plant's 20-litre jerry-can line flushed between products on static rules. The producer wanted a measured baseline and a live test of how much flush the physics-based recommendation removes without touching quality.
Solution
Arundo's pilot runs in two phases: configure the Flush Optimizer for the line (pipes, tanks, hoses, volumes, products and compatibilities), connect the data sources, analyse the historical flushes into a baseline, onboard the users, then after a go decision use the recommendations in live changeovers while tracking flush volumes, lab results and deviations.
Impact
A documented flush baseline, then a quantified flush-reduction result on live production and a summary report.
